This unique Obsidian Pendant has its edges wrapped in copper and a little Carnelian to acccent the gorgeous raw obsidian. It has a beautiful feel to it and looks amazing no matter what youa re wearing.
The pendant is 52mm long x 28mm at its widest point. It hangs on a black, waxed hemp cord which compliments this piece and makes the length adjustable.
Obsidian is thought to absorb and transmute negative energies. It is often used for purification and energetic cleansing, helping to clear emotional baggage and release negative thought patterns.
Amethyst is often associated with spiritual awareness and enlightenment. It is believed to open and activate the third eye and crown chakras, facilitating a deeper connection with the spiritual realm and higher consciousness.
I use recycled copper for all my pieces. Wearing copper has been claimed to offer several health benefits including anti-inflammatory properties. Copper is sometimes used in traditional medicine for conditions like arthritis and joint pain. Some people wear copper bracelets or other jewellery to help reduce inflammation, promote circulation and to relieve joint and muscle pain.
